Favorite Summer Appetizers
Summer entertaining is my favorite. Backyard, park or pool hangs I am there. And I will likely bring one of these favorite summer appetizers.
Let’s start the round up of my favorite summer appetizers. Also scroll down for great side salads and favorite cocktails to serve.
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers by Sally’s Baking Addiction
These are a little time consuming, but delicious and always a hit. Slice jalapenos in half, stuff each half with cream cheese, wrap each half with bacon and bake until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.
Pigs in a Blanket by besos, Alina
You don’t really need the recipe for this one. It’s a two ingredient recipe, mini hot dogs and crescent rolls. But, these make me super happy and they disappear immediately, every time.
Creamy Spinach Dip by Just 2 Sisters
My mom used to make this spinach dip almost every weekend for our family BBQs. It’s a classic and serving it in a crusty bread bowl makes it even better! All you need is the Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix. Follow the directions on the packet and you got yourself the best dip everyone will love. To make it a bit healthier, I switched to yogurt instead of the sour cream.

Spicy, tangy and healthy–if that doesn’t describe a perfect summer appetizer I don’t know what does. These grilled shrimp avocado zucchini bites are delicious and only take a few minutes to make.
