Method
- Add four tablespoons of chia seeds to a jar or glass of your choice. Top with one cup of milk, I prefer the taste of coconut milk but you can use any milk you like.
- Mix the chia seeds well, cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight.
- Take out the cup, mix the ingredients again and add toppings of choice.
- I like adding banana, scoop of peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes and a drizzle of agave or honey.
- Chia pudding can last in the fridge for up to 3 days.
